Great way to get into shape
I'm 16,and 5'2, I've weighed the same amount since i was about 13 years old, ive always had big hips and bad saddle bags and a little pooch on my stomach, I've been doing hip hop abs for two weeks and i've already started seeing a difference in my body, my oblique's are there; hard as a rock. my legs are losing the saddle bags and becoming firmer, my butt has lifted, my stomach has tightened and can see my abs starting to take shape and become more noticeable, my , starting weight was 138 and i'm now 128, i've dropped 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks and now going onto my third week starting monday, I'm hoping to be about 120lbs by Valentine's day! Everytime i were to exercise and want to lose weight, I lost motivation after 3 days, but this workout program has kept me going because im getting stronger every day and seeing results fast. this is a great product.

This a wonderful workout if you are looking for ab workouts that have nothing to do with sit ups and crunches. Shawn T is wonderful he motivates you and helps you get the results you are looking for. I love that there are not situps nor cruches you will see the difference within a wek if you put in the effort.

I canNOT say enough good things about these videos. I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had and LOVE it!! Sean T is AMAZING!!! He REALLY keeps you motivated and entertained!! I have this and the advanced set. And love BOTH!! I've tried other at home videos and this one leaves me feeling fit and sexy!! The only downfall is there aren't more videos!! I really like this workout. Shaun makes me laugh every time I do any of his videos. He is a great motivator, which is a great thing. If you're not motivated to work out then....guess what? You won't work out! Overall, this is a great program with great music. I think it is more for a beginner to intermediate program. It definitely works you out but I feel like I've worked much harder with other programs. Ex: Turbo Jam, Slim in 6. However, for anyone contemplating getting this program....just buy it! You won't be disappointed, and don't worry about the dance moves. It will come to you!

I was overweight, belly to big to do floor ab work ordered and saw an informercial for standing Ab work and you dance I love to dance! Ordered and bgan the diet & work-out Sept. 2010.weighed 188, size 18. year later weigh 140 size 7! Shaun T you make me laugh everyday even though i know the dvds by heart! I love this program. I have a lot of DVD exercise programs but what gets me to actually use them is the energy that comes from the instructor. Shawn T gives great instructions while also maintaining a great pace and changes the routine just enough so I don't loose my focus. The tilt tuck tighten does work. I lost inches immediately. My "only" complaint is one of the sessions has a bit of floor work, some push ups. I can't remember which program offers this. I wish there was more info on the packaging to explain what is in each program.

no joke its fun motivating not like most workout usually i start a work out program and after the same routine over and over again i dont feel like doind them but with hip hop abs you have 4 great work outs you can aternate and a 5m work out when you really feel motivated :P i watch what i eat more but still dont prive myserlf after 2 weeks i lost 2 inch off my waist and 10 pounds went along with it thanks shawn T i watch you everyday lol :P

I recommend this to any one who feel insecure about going to the gym with people who already look in shape.... I did this.program.at my own pace and lost 100 lbs.... I spend a lot of time in airports, including 4 hours Sunday in
St. Louis. But I always look on the positive side and try to get as
much magazine reading or article writing done as possible.
Heck, I even wrote this email to you from Gate A18 while waiting for
my flight and watching the Patriots-Colts game.
This reminds me of a time about a year ago when I was stuck in the
Newark Airport, and I was reading a copy of Men's Fitness that
contained the legendary TT success story of the Kuhn Triplets (you
can see the fat loss story on my site at
http://www.TurbulenceTraining.com).
Here's some of the tips we used in our plan to help the 3 brothers
lose that last 5 pounds of fat in the last 10 days of the
transformation.
NOTE: These advanced tips were only used for 10-14 days. That's the
maximum time for this advanced plan.
1) Start your day with water and fiber. I truly believe drinking
12 cups of water over the course of the day helps you stay alert and
stops you from feeling too hungry. As for the fiber, you can get it
from fruit or nuts. Research shows starting your day with fiber
helps control your blood sugar until the afternoon.
2) Eat 1 cup of raw vegetables prior to eating your regular lunch
and dinner. This will help control your appetite.
3) Eat only almonds, raw vegetables, & fruit between meals.
4) Don't eat more than 40g of carbohydrates at any meal.
5) Don't go to bed full. Eat only a small protein snack in the
evening to control calorie intake.
6) Drink 6 cups of green tea per day (3 in AM, 3 after lunch)
Advanced Exercise Tips
1) Add 10 seconds to each work interval.
2) Add in some bodyweight circuits (10-20 minutes per day) done in
the morning or evening.
If you do your regular TT workout in the morning, then do your
bodyweight circuits after dinner. Alternatively, do the bodyweight
circuits first thing in the morning, and then do your regular
workout at lunch or later in the afternoon or evening.
3) Add one set to the first superset you do in each workout.
Use these strict tips for no more than 2 weeks before returning to
normal exercise guidelines and carbohydrate intake.
